What is in the box
Out of the box in a minute.
In the box: the hitch receiver tube and middle support tube, the aluminum tray with both front wheel cradles, the adjustable arm bars, the loading ramp with its stabilizer hook, four Velcro straps, a keyed locking hitch pin, the U-shaped anti-wobble clamp, the quick-release bolt with its safety pin, and all hardware. Assembly is about 20 minutes with the 13 / 17 / 19 / 24 mm sockets listed in the manual.
Once assembled, putting it on the car needs no tools: slide the shank into the receiver, drop the locking pin, turn the key, tighten the U-clamp by hand. Taking it off is the same four steps backwards, which is why most owners leave it on for the season and fold it up instead.
Every rack carries a 1-year warranty. The wear items are the frame-clamp pad and the ratchet straps, both replaceable on their own rather than as part of an assembly.

No lifting
One motion, no tools.
Folding is the thing you do with a rack every week. Here it is a single motion — pull one quick-release bolt and lift — done with one hand, loaded or empty.

Adjustable Sliders
Fits what you ride, up to 52 inches.
The wheel cradle slides along the rail and locks where your wheelbase needs it — anything up to 52 inches, from a moped-style e-bike to a kids bike.
Tires up to 5 inches wide drop straight into the mega cradle — no adapters, no taking the front wheel off.

Anti-wobble System
No rattle, no sway.
A U-shaped anti-wobble clamp cinches the shank tight inside the receiver and takes the play out of the hitch connection, so the rack stops knocking on washboard.
A second quick-release bolt with a safety pin locks the middle support tube, so nothing works loose on a long haul.

Steel Core, Aluminum Tray
Built tough, handled light.
A reinforced steel core carries the load — three times the strength where the bikes sit — while the extruded aluminum tray is 60% lighter than the same tray in steel.

Frame Clamp Arm
Locked at four. Felt at zero.
The padded arm at the top of each mast ratchets down onto the frame, and the cradle and two tire straps take the wheels. Four points, no sway.
Strap-ready tie-down rings are built into the tray for extra hold on rough trails — straps sold separately.

Dual Safety Lock
Locked at the hitch, locked at the tube.
A locking hitch pin keeps the rack on the car, and a quick-release bolt with a safety pin on the middle support tube keeps it from loosening on the road — a double-secure design most racks skip.

Built-in Loading Ramp
Roll up, ride out.
The ramp stores under the tray and unfolds to the ground in one motion — rated for 100 lbs.
A fat-tire e-bike gets walked up instead of dead-lifted onto a tray at bumper height. It is the difference between needing a second person and loading on your own at a dark trailhead.

Foldable Design
Folds up when it is empty.
With the bikes off, pull one quick-release bolt and the rack folds up 90° against the car — or lays flat for loading.
Folded, it hands back 21.2 square feet of garage floor and clears the door.

Ratchet Tire Straps
Set it once, it stays.
Each wheel gets its own ratchet strap through the cradle — click it tight once and it stays tight over a washboard road.
Each side adjusts on its own, which is how two bikes of different sizes end up with their bars clear of each other.
Five-inch tires, 52-inch wheelbase.
Two adjustable sliders set the cradle anywhere along the rail, so the same tray fits a moped-style e-bike, a fat-tire bike, a city cruiser and a kids bike — anything up to a 52-inch wheelbase. Tires up to 5 inches wide drop straight into the mega cradle: no adapters, no taking the front wheel off. And the frame clamp sets to any tube, so step-thru and step-over frames load exactly the same way.
Slide the cradle, drop the arm, done. From a kids bike to a 52-inch moped-style e-bike, the only thing that changes is where the slider sits on the rail.
